Barbara C. Angelucci, 83, died on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 in the RWJ University Hospital in New Brunswick.
Barbara was born in Philadelphia, grew up in Vineland, NJ then moved to Upper Montclair, NJ until she retired to Smithville, NJ. She was employed by the West Orange School System for 32 years as an Elementary School Teacher. She received her BA degree from Glassboro State College (now Rowan) and her Masters degree from Jersey City State College (now New Jersey City University)
Barbara enjoyed traveling, the arts, theater and dancing with her husband. She especially loved spending summers at the beach house in Ocean City, NJ with her family and friends. She was a member of the NJEA and active in her community's Homeowners Association Architectural Board.
Barbara is predeceased by her father and mother, Robert F. and Jane (Edwards) Campbell; also her brother, R. Lawrence Campbell.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Frank James Angelucci, Jr.; her two daughters, Cheryl A. Ryan of Metuchen and Margherita Neu and her husband John of Middlesex; her grandchildren, Kelly Gaurmer and her husband, Brandon; Christopher, Kyle, Allison and Christine; her great-grandchildren, Garrett and Avery; two sisters, Sarah Graves and Roberta Schmidt also many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are under the direction of Costello-Runyon Funeral Home, Metuchen, NJ. Barbara loved flowers and a celebration of her life will be held in the spring at Siloam Cemetery, 550 N. Valley Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360 (856-691-6715).
