Anthony was born in Jersey City and raised in Bayonne and later Iselin, where he resided for the rest of his life. He worked for American Can, Flying Tigers, and Metex. Later, he was self-employed as a carpenter and handyman. Anthony loved music and played bass guitar in his band, “Inferno.” He also loved football, and he was a diehard Green Bay Packers fan and wanted to return to Lambeau Field.

He was predeceased by his parents, Angelo and Frances Pierro.

He is survived by his sisters, Rosemary Stelzer and her husband William, and Christine Magaw and her husband Donald; four nieces and nephews: Jackie (John), Gary (Leeza), Kristin (Frank), Lauren (Phil); and three great-nieces and one great-nephew.

Viewing will be private. A mass will be held in his memory at St. Cecelia’s Roman Catholic Church in Iselin on February 28th at 11:15am.
