Frank P. Caminiti, 92, of Piscataway passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
Frank was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Natale and Philomena Caminiti. He proudly called Brooklyn his home until moving to Piscataway in 1997. He served in the United States Army Military Police and was a veteran of World War II. He was a Registered Architect for over 45 years and designed many unique buildings during his career. He was a lover of history, particularly the Civil War and Abraham Lincoln.
Frank is survived by his wife of 65 years, Marie C. Caminiti (Delfino); his three daughters, Anne-Marie Falzone and her husband Charlie of Piscataway, Lisa Balsamo and her husband Robert of Edison, and Susan Fodera and her husband Joseph of Hillsborough; his six grandchildren, Christen, Marissa, Erica, Matthew, Jillian, and Michael; and his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Thursday, July 11th from 5:00-8:00pm and Friday, July 12th from 9:00-9:45am at Costello-Runyon Funeral Home, 568 Middlesex Avenue, Metuchen.
The funeral mass will be held on Friday, July 12th at 10:15am at St. Francis Cathedral, Metuchen. Cremation will be private.
