Obituary

Jason Victor DiFino, 48, of Hampton, died on Friday, January 8, 2021 at the Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack.

Born in Rahway he had been a longtime resident of Metuchen. He worked for PepsiCo & Panera Bread. He attended Metuchen HS. He was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Cathedral in Metuchen. He was a cub scout in his early years. He was an outdoorsman who loved to fish, hike, & camp.

He is survived by his children, Amanda & Jacob of Sparta; parents, Joan of Metuchen & Victor of Ohio; two siblings, Ramon of Highland Park & Tiffany DiFino-Williams and her husband Robert of Jamesburg; nieces and nephews, Julia, Maria, Sienna, Brayden, & Madison; his Godmother, Aunt Marie Pajak of West Virginia; & many friends and relatives.

A visitation will take place on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 4-7:30 pm with a service at 7:30 pm at the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home, 568 Middlesex Ave (Rt.27), Metuchen. Cremation will be private.
