On Saturday, February 29, 2020, Robert John Kuzma of Iselin, NJ passed away peacefully at home at the age of 77.
Bob will be lovingly remembered by his wife Marcelle, sons Scott (Michelle), Brian (Kathy) and David (April), and fur-baby Max as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Bob was born in Jersey City in 1943 to Michael and Barbara Kuzma.
Bob served as a Corpsman in the United States Navy from 1962 to 1966. He was a computer programmer by trade and retired from International Business Machines in 2007.
In 1965, he married his best friend, Marcelle. Bob and Marcy moved to Iselin in 1970 where they raised their three sons.
Bob had a passion for photography. He loved visiting Atlantic City with his wife, and enjoyed spending time with his many friends at the Evergreen Senior Center. Bob was known for his community involvement and his kind and compassionate spirit.
Bob is predeceased by his parents, and sisters Mary Arnesen, Helen Dwyer, and Anne Prokop. He is survived by his wife, Marcy, his brother, Edward and his three children, Scott, Brian and David.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 am Saturday at St. Cecelia’s RC Church in Iselin. Bob will be laid to rest at St. Gertrude’s Cemetery in Colonia, NJ. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Friday at Costello-Runyon Funeral Home,1225 Green Street and Cooper Avenue, Iselin. (732) 283-0075.
