Vincent N. Naselli, loving father and grandfather, 87, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 19, 2019, at the NJ Veterans Home, Menlo Park.
He was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. At the age of 17, he joined the US Navy, and later graduated from the Pennsylvania Military College, now Widener University.
Throughout his career, he worked as VP, Accounts Manager and Consultant, for several chemical corporations.
In 1963, he moved to Metuchen, with his family. From 1982 through 2015, he lived in South Brunswick. In 1996, he retired, and volunteered at the Indian Fields Elementary School under their “Operation Book Worm” program. He continued to do this for 20 years. Surviving are his four children, Vincent Naselli and his wife Linda, Christine Brooks, Joseph Naselli and his wife Monica, and Lisa Naselli; five siblings, Rosemarie Gattone, Anna Curry, Geraldine Connolly, Nicholas Naselli and Camellia Wells; six grandchildren, Jason, Lauren, Wesley, Justin, Austin and Jillian.
The Funeral will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at 9:45 am from Costello-Runyon Funeral Home, 568 Middlesex Ave. (Rt.27), Metuchen, followed by a 10:15 am Funeral Mass at St. Francis Cathedral, Metuchen. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Burial Park, Jamesburg.
Visitation is Monday 6-9pm.
